Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping. While deliveries within Pakistan are free, international orders are subject to shipping charges, which must be covered by the customer.

How do I return an item?
We do not offer refunds, but we do allow exchanges under certain conditions.
Please note:
- A six-month repair-only warranty is provided for Sputnik’s own products.
- No warranty is provided for imported products.
- No exchanges or repairs will be accepted without a valid copy of the invoice.
- Imported buckles or brooches are non-replaceable.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
If you wish to exchange an article, you’ll need to send it back to us within
15 days of purchase, and the shipping cost for returning the item
will be borne by the customer.
